EXPERIENCE: I have lived in D.C. for 26+
years, and have been active in the area real estate market for alomost
as long. I have worked in the development, investor, and the non-profit
arenas of residential real estate in Washington, D.C. My diverse
background allows me to help prevent glitches from occuring and
if they do, to help resolve them. I don't know it all, but I if
I don't know the answer, I will help you find it.
EDUCATION:
I have a BBA and an MBA in Finance from The George Washington Elliot
School of Business. My in-depth knowledge of finance enables me
to help makes deals work and assist both buyers and sellers in creative
strategies to best suit their specific needs.
EMPATHY:
I am a home owner. I am an investor. I have assisted friends, family,
and hundreds of other clients in the home
buying and selling process. I worked with and continue to assist
low-to-moderate income tenant groups in DC and provide homeownership
training for them and development assistance to help them purchase
the buildings in which they live. I offer whatever level of service
you require--whether you are a first time homebuyer, an experienced
purchaser, or a seller trying to get the most value possible in
the sale of your condo, co-op or home. I work for your best interests
and am here to make your buying or selling experience as pleasant
and as rewarding as possible!
